Véronique Bonnecaze, Chairwoman
Véronique Bonnecaze is a classical concert pianist and piano teacher on the faculty of École Normale de Musique de Paris.
She studied at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris where she was awarded first prizes in piano and chamber music. She also won prizes and was a finalist at international piano competitions (CIEM Genève, Mavi Marcoz, Pescara, Jaen…). She now pursues her career as a international soloist.
Many of her recordings were recognized by the press and obtained awards.
She has also directed the Half Past Noon Concerts at the Cortot Concert Hall and launched numerous musical events, and recently, the International Piano Competition France-Amériques in Paris.
Véronique Bonnecaze will serve EPTA with all her experience, energy and passion for piano.
Elodie Meuret, Vice President
Elodie Meuret is a concert and chamber music pianist with a degree from the Paris Conservatoire (CNSMD). She is regularly invited in many festivals in France and in Europe. A prizewinner and finalist in many international piano competitions, she often performs both as a soloist and in chamber music ensembles. She also founded a piano duo and is specializing in this repertoire, working with many composers and creating their works.
A piano and chamber music professor, holder of the State degree, she shares her passion with the young and counsels and supports more accomplished artists. She has joined the EPTA-France team with the mission to develop its artistic activities in Paris and across France.
Julie Bechet, Treasurer - Secretary
Passionate about music and piano which she has started studying since she was 6 years old and which she now practices as an amateur, Julie is Middle and Back Office manager at WiseAm. She joins the EPTA-France team as treasurer.
She will advise you on your membership, book your tickets for the events you choose, and will welcome you warmly in EPTA.
